In 2023-2024, we delivered the evaluation of the Royal Academy of Engineering Policy Fellowships programme and captured significant impacts on careers, understanding of systems approaches and the development of new policy insights. We shared the findings in a detailed evaluation report with a causal map, infographic, written case studies and we developed a series of high quality impact films from the in-person interviews with the Policy Fellows.
